Come hungry to this village complex, where you'll sit on the floor in a lantern-lit hut and enjoy Rajasthani vegetarian dishes Indian-style (with your hands, no silverware). Be prepared to consume a large quantity of shuddh desi ghee (pure clarified butter) as it's poured on practically every dish. Around the compound, you'll see traditional dances, including the dramatic fire dance, folksinging, katputli (puppet shows), and juggling.
