The OTDC is the best source of information on the state. All its offices are open Monday-Saturday from 10-5 (closed second Saturday of each month). India Tourism, the government of India's offices, are open weekdays 10-5.

This is the main OTDC number. OTDC has several departments that handle hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, festivals, and tour plans. They will redirect you the right department or offer you a local OTDC number in Puri or Satapada or elsewhere who can handle your query.
