Song of the Sea Review
All the clean, simple rooms face the Bay of Bengal at this seafront hotel, built in 1996 by the family that runs it. The nicest rooms have balconies where you can watch the sun rise over the water and the colored sails of the fishing boats. Beams from the lighthouse sweep the place throughout the night—great for romantics, but not if you're a light sleeper (room 24 is right next to it). Hot water for bathing comes in a bucket. The dining room is big and cheerful, and there are lounge chairs on the lawn.
