This popular midtown South Indian vegetarian restaurant offers a wide variety of dosas (stuffed crepes) and uttappams (rice-flour pancakes), along with paneer and vegetrarian dishes and some Chinese selections. Try the butter rawa sada dosa, a crunchy semolina dosa with a slightly salty-and-sweet grain filling, or the butter-and-coconut uttappam. A small, dark room filled with granite pedestal tables, this place is best suited for a quick, hearty lunch or a snack of ice cream or sweets when you're in the Market Building or the Janpath area shopping.
