In this attractive contemporary building, designed around a central garden, every room has a pool view. Ground-floor rooms are the best; they open directly onto the garden. You can walk out of your room and dive right into the pool. And what a pool: it's large, with a waterfall and a food pavilion. The rooms have balconies or patios and are cheerful inside, with teak-trim furniture, melon-color fabrics, and brass fixtures. Bathrooms, done in gray tile, are on the small side. Overall, this hotel is a great choice—it seems like a luxury hotel but has reasonable prices. Pros: well lighted, cheerful hotel, comfortable rooms, good value, serves excellent food. Cons: tiny bathrooms, restaurant serves vegetarian food only.
