Head here for the more familiar naans, kebabs, and rich chicken makhanis (full of butter and cream) that are the backbone of hearty, utterly buttery Punjabi cuisine. Wine racks, lots of wood and glass and the shining granite floor all add character to the eatery. Stick to the well-made classics and you won't go wrong—chicken biryani (chicken cooked with rice), kheema champ (ribs cooked in minced meat), paneer methi tikka (paneer cheese grilled with fenugreek leaves), seekh kabab (grilled minced lamb), dal makhani (black lentils simmered with cream), and rumali rotis (a very thin soft type of roti). They also offer a weight-watcher's menu.
