Pulaus, sizzling dosas, soft idlis—this no-fuss air-conditioned restaurant serves excellent South Indian food. The place is simple and clean (lots of shiny granite) and the food arrives in minutes, hot and authentic. More than 30 varieties of dosas are served. Try the rawa masala dosa (semolina pancakes filled with potato stuffing), the table-length paper dosa (a light and crispy dosa with no filling), or the mung dosa (a dosa made using a green-lentil flour). The rasam-wadas (lentil fritters in spicy gravy) are superb but hot.
