Fodor's Review:

Honey-glazed spare ribs, Chinese greens with black mushrooms, deep-fried corn curd, coconut pancakes, dim sum—the Chinese food at the Marine Plaza hotel's showcase restaurant is lightly spiced, a mixture of Cantonese and Szechuan, and very satisfying. The style is simple and chic—rich furniture, crisp white tablecloths, and subdued lighting—and the service unobtrusive. If you want seclusion, book a table in one of the semiprivate dining alcoves.
