¢, Delhi Golf Club
Fodor's Review:
This little-known guest house is a jewel, Delhi's only combination of style and affordability. It's in a converted house in a quiet, leafy, upper-class neighborhood, so it's a great way to get a feel for residential life. Rooms are simple but cozy, with bright-color fabrics, blond-wood furniture, gleaming floors, and large windows. Bathrooms have showers only. The restaurant is delightful, with terra-cotta floors and yellow-and-orange plaid fabrics and crockery; and the rooftop terrace, with flowering plants and wrought-iron furniture, is unbeatable on a winter day. Reserve early, and if all rooms are booked, ask about the sister facility in Defence Colony.
