Xian Fanzhuang (Xi'an fànzhuang) Review
This restaurant specializes in Shaanxi snacks with a Muslim flavor, as well as "small eats"—street food spruced up for the visitor. Business executives and T-shirt-clad college students alike head to the bustling first-floor dining room for the all-you-can-eat buffet, a bargain at Y25. An adjacent entrance leads to a second-floor restaurant, where more exotic and expensive dishes—algae flavored with orchid, for example—are prepared. An English menu is available.
