The Balcony

Fodor's Review:

Its Chinese name means "Little Horse's Heaven," but in English this place is known as The Balcony. The place has chic decor, a fine selection of imported liquor, and a lovely balcony. While rock and roll is favored at the surrounding bars, owner Xiao Ma is more a fan of trip-hop and acid jazz, so that's what you'll most likely hear.
