Green Lake Hotel (Cuihu Binguan) Review
Adjacent to Cuihu (Green Lake) Park, this hotel is one of Kunming's nicest; recent renovations mean that now is a great time to visit. The Western restaurant is located on the first floor, and the Cantonese restaurant across the lobby is a favorite of local businessmen and officials. The grand marble-and-wood lobby is filled with plush chairs and sofas, and the coffee shop has excellent coffee drinks and homemade ice cream. The guest rooms are Kunming's cleanest and most comfortable. The restaurant hosts regular performances of traditional music.
