In all of Yangshuo, there's only one restaurant that requires reservations—and even then, only for one dish. This place serves an addictive rotisserie chicken that is made from a highly guarded local recipe. The kitchen makes between 12 and 18 each night, so diners in the know call the chef's mobile number at least an hour in advance.
