Fodor's Review:

Don't let the lack of an English name scare you—this place serves some of the best northern-style dumplings in the area. Don't leave without trying them, either steamed or fried. You'll also find excellent local specialties like pi jiu yu (beer fish) and tien luo niang (stuffed river snails). English menus are available.
