Inaka (Tiánshè rìběn liàolǐ) Review
Resembling a Japanese home, this excellent restaurant sits at the southern end of the Zhengyang Lu Pedestrian Mall. The interior, which recalls that of a temple, has a low-key vibe. The sashimi and sushi—not easy to find in cities away from the coast—are fresh and excellent. The best deals are the four-course lunch specials, which begin with miso soup and end with a dessert made from sweetened bean curd.
