Fodor's Review:

Easily the best restaurant in the old town, Swedish-owned Mishi serves the perfect balance of local and international cuisine. The relaxing environment combines Scandinavian design with traditional Naxi sensibilities. Standout dishes include sizzling yak meat on a roof tile, panfried salmon with lemon butter, and fried spareribs. In a town full of bars, Mishi has one of the best selections of liquor and beer, which go perfectly with the plush seating inside or the relaxing interior courtyard.
