In business since 1989, Café de Jack still offers good breakfasts and friendly service. Get the strongest cup of Yunnan coffee in Dali and catch up with the rest of the world via the Wi-Fi or in-house net bar. All three floors are a bit different: the first floor feels like a bar, the second floor is more like a restaurant, and the rooftop is a perfect place to kick back with a beer.
