Fodor's Review:

In business since 1989, Café de Jack has always managed to change with the times. It still serves some of the best coffee in town, but now it also has an Internet station and a Wi-Fi connection. The 1st floor feels like a bar, whereas the 2nd floor is more like a restaurant. Kick back with a beer on the rooftop on afternoons when the weather's good.
