Emei Kaoyu
Emei Kaoyu Review
Located among several other decent restaurants on "Good Eats Street" (Haochi Jie), Emei Kaoyu lays out a variety of fresh vegetable ingredients every day. After diners have selected their veggies, the restaurant turns them into delicious stir-fries. Try fiddlehead ferns fried with local bacon. The street is located just up the hill from the bus station at the base of the mountain.
