The frequently changing exhibits are cutting-edge for Shanghai. They've showcased electronic art from American artists, examined gender issues among the Chinese people, and featured musical performances ranging from Chinese electronica to the dombra, a traditional Kazak stringed instrument. A tiny shop sells art books.
