This is a restaurant that must be experienced to be believed. Perched on the 36th floor of the Shangri-La, it offers great views of Pudong. There is no à la carte menu; instead, you choose from a selection of set menus named simply by colors and sizes. The cuisine is innovative and extremely fresh, the service impeccable, and the view pleasant. Menus vary from five to eight courses, with an emphasis on fresh seafood and tender meats. It's an expensive indulgence, but
worth every penny.
