Time Passage Review
Shanghai has always been a place more inclined toward slick nightclubs and posh wine bars than mellow conversation dives, but Time Passage has always been the exception. Cheap beers, friendly service, and a cool, if grungy, atmosphere makes it the best way to start—or end—a night on the town.
