Crowne Plaza Review
This hotel on the far western side of the Former French Concession makes up for its out-of-the-way location with service. The staff here are among the friendliest in town, and makes guests, mostly business travelers, feel at home. Though the hotel's rooms are not as elegant as those of its competitors, it does have the biggest club lounge in Shanghai, with a mezzanine floor and a sleek black marble-topped bar.
