The selection of books on China and Chinese culture at the main store is impressive, and there are some children's books. Expensive reproduction ceramics are available as well as smaller gift items such as magnets, scarves, and notebooks. Cool purchases like a Chinese architecture-ink stamp (Y90) make great gifts. A delicate bracelet with Chinese charms costs Y150.

I got shanghaid at the Shanghai museum shop! I paid for an adult Tshirt and got a child Tshirt instead. I did not open the plastic because I am giving as a gift to somebody in the U.S. and wanted it to look nice in the plastic bag. When we opened up the plastic, it was a child size. Shuck!!!! got shanghaid alright! Other than this, it is a nice shop to look at - most of the items are overpriced. You could find the items much cheaper somewhere else.
