This is one of the finest Italian restaurants in the city, and worth the commute to Pudong. The intimate dining area is spacious without being overwhelming, and the staff is very well trained. Their business lunch is famed for its speed and quality, but it is at dinner that Danieli's really shines. The menu is well balanced with seasonal dishes, and boasts an excellent five-course set menu. Prices can be expensive, especially for wine, but it is worth the money. We recommend the set menu with a bottle of the superb Green Point by Chandon sparkling wine.
