Lv Bo Lang

Lv Bo Lang Review

A popular stop for visiting dignitaries, Lv Bo Lang (pronounced "Lü Bo Lang") is a perfect photo op of a restaurant. The traditional three-story Chinese pavilion with upturned eaves sits next to the Bridge of Nine Turnings in the Yu Garden complex. The food is good but not great, with many expensive fish choices on the menu. Among the best dishes are the crab meat with bean curd, the braised eggplant with chili sauce, and the sweet osmanthus cake, made with the sweetly fragrant flower of the same name.
