The Westin Shanghai Review
With its distinctive room layouts, glittering glass staircase, and 90-plus works of art on display, the Westin Shanghai is a masterpiece near the majestic Bund. Crowne Deluxe rooms are miniature suites; sliding doors divide the sitting area, bathroom, and bedroom (the only problem is that all these divisions make the rooms feel on the small side). Luxurious amenities include rain-forest showers, extra deep tubs, and Westin's trademark Heavenly Beds. Pampering continues at the Banyan Tree spa, and the Sunday champagne brunch at the Stage restaurant is considered the best in town by Shanghai's glitterati.
