Getting Around

This is a lovely area to walk around, so it might be best to leave cabs behind and go on foot. The only site that is at a distance is Soong Qingling's Former Residence, which is a bit farther down Huaihai Lu. Access it via metro Line 1 at Hengshan Lu if you don't want to walk. Any of the four Line 1 metro stops (Huangpi Nan Lu, Shaanxi Nan Lu, Changshu Lu, or Hengshan Lu) will land you somewhere in the French Concession area. Line 7 also connects at Changshu Lu.
