As the name suggests, the decor here in various shades of blue—walls, ceilings, and even the mellow lighting. One of the finest Italian restaurants in China, It's especially well known for its expertly prepared fish dishes. The food is expensive, but worth every penny. If you're really in the mood for decadence, try the dessert tray: chocolates, pastries, and eight different types of mousse surround a caramelized sugar statue of David.
