Underground Shenzhen

Shenzhen's brand-new metro runs from the terminus at Luohu station to the Windows of the World Station in OCT. What's more, many stations have sculptures, murals, and other objets d'art. The metro is cheap, easy to use, and has announcements in Chinese and English. Stored-value tickets are available at any station for Y100, and can be cashed in for any unused balance at the end of your trip.
