Aux Beaux Arts
Aux Beaux Arts Review
A 1930s-style Parisian brasserie in the MGM Grand is one of the trendiest restaurants in Macau. Chinese diners are particularly fond of its fresh, catch-of-the-day seafood—the lobster is especially choice. So, too, are the French mains, such as beef tartare with french fries. Oysters and caviar are also exclusive, at prices reaching MOP$2,950 for 50 grams. In-house sommeliers are at hand to pair the latest wines with dishes. With tan wood, private booths, and a terrace, the decor is as much old French Concession Shanghai as it is old Paris. Either way, the place has raised the bar for Macau's restaurant scene.
