A slice of Paris overlooking the heart of Macau, this three-Michelin-starred restaurant on the 43rd floor of the Grand Lisboa is a must if you just hit it big in the casino. In the ornate interior, with rich velvets and dark woods, a crystal chandelier twinkles from above and signature dishes are a heavenly mille-feuille of tomato and crabmeat, duck breast with fruit and foie gras, and lamb served with creamy potato puree. But Robuchon's 12-course tasting menus, including two desserts, are the best way to experience the gastronomic offerings. The wine list is as thick as an encyclopedia.
