Farm Kitchen Vegi Review
This Japanese-owned restaurant offers all-you-can-eat indulgence with healthy food as the main focus. At a fixed price and without having to visit a buffet table, guests can enjoy free-flow portions of any of the menu items, most of which are prepped with organic vegetables using low-fat and low-grease cooking methods. Tuna, tofu, and avocado salad; roasted sea urchin risotto; and deep-fried cream croquette plumped up with crab and soybeans are just a few of things that are worth gorging on. The restaurant also does a selection of sushi and sashimi and hearty meat dishes such as Japanese-style hamburger steak. Dinner is just under HK$300 per adult, which is extremely reasonable for the quality (and health benefits) of the food you're getting.
