Fodor's Review

Chuan Shao fires up the grill with robatayaki-like skewered items—only they draw flavor inspiration from Sichuan. The menu is extensive, capping in at more than 60 different choices on any given day (including daily and seasonal specials). Grilled shisamo is perfect with beer, as is the crisped bacon wrapped around chewy, grilled Korean rice cake. When in season, order grilled fresh oysters and other seafood items. The innovative folks at Chuan Shao also have grilled

banana and pineapple on the menu as "dessert." The restaurant is open until late, and there's plenty of beer so those staying at a hotel in the nearby area might just want to keep this place in mind.
