Cons

  • No spa

Fodor's Review

Although the Island-side Empire Hotel in Tin Hau has its new Life Spa, this Kowloon-side property, housed in a glamorous cylindrical skyscraper, has its serene atrium pool area, with accompanying sauna and steam rooms. Standard rooms are small but posh, and only upper-level suites have those gorgeous harbor views worth the upgrade. The bed is near the windows, while the bathroom is encased in walls of titillating "magic glass," which turns from opaque to transparent at

the flick of a switch.
