Café Gray Deluxe Review

Celebrated chef Gray Kunz's restaurant offers expertly prepared modern European fare in a casual and relaxed 49th-floor locale that has stunning views of the city. A fan of fresh, seasonal ingredients, Kunz incorporates local produce into the ever-evolving menu whenever possible, and often adds Asian flavorings to excellent effect. Steak tartare with Kunz ketjap and chips shines among the lineup of stellar "first plates," which also include the signature saffron pasta fiore served with tangy tomatoes. The bar has a menu of unique and delicious drinks, so even if you can't stop by for a sit-down meal, it's worth stopping in for a cocktail and small bite.

    Café Gray Deluxe Review

As hotel restaurants go, Café Gray is an option for fun drinks and laid-back cool. Relaxed spot for bar/hang-out - unstuffy, that is, and so if you look/act like you're trying to impress, you're trying too hard. The food is not worth much more than a 15-minute cab ride and not justifiable as a "best of", but it's inexpensive enough that you might not care.
