Central Plaza Review
Clad in reflective gold, silver, and copper-color glass, the triangular building at Harbour and Fleming roads is glitzy to the point of tastelessness. On completion in 1992 it was briefly the city's tallest building, but then Two IFC beat it by 130 feet. Note the colorful fluorescent tube lights atop the building; they actually make up a clock so complicated that no one knows how to tell time using it.
