A culinary gem in the oft-overlooked Sheung Wan district, this restaurant does modern-fusion western cuisine without any pretentious gimmicks. The food is well thought out and expertly executed in a constantly changing, market-driven menu. Reasonably priced set lunch and dinner menus are available, but the tasting menu (six or eight courses) is the way to go. Sunday brunch here is legendary, and requires several weeks' advance booking. The food is paired with friendly and attentive service. For those looking for a less formal dining experience, the Fusion owners have opened a gourmet grocery store and café on the building's first floor, serving excellent artisan breads, desserts, and other small bites.
