This charming cottagelike space started off originally as a boutique cooking school for the amateur chef. It was recently transformed into a semi-private kitchen, offering private dinners (usually HK$800 per person, including welcome drinks), in addition to their regular classes. The dining area has a spacious open kitchen, where the friendly chefs prep the meal with maximum interaction with the guests; you'll feel like you're at a friend's place for dinner. The menu is
extremely flexible—work out preferred specifications with the chefs, or have them design it for you. Book at least three days ahead for dinner. The private kitchen opens only on request, so reservations are a must.
