Cracked Formica tabletops, cranky waiters, old men reading the newspapers: there's nothing fancy about Lin Heung Lau Tea House. But it's been doing great dim sum for years, as locals will testify. Tea is brewed in gai wan (traditional lidded cups) rather than pots—watch old-timers at the next table to learn how it's done.
