In a nightspot-packed district, a café serving breakfast round the clock is bound to be a hit. The Flying Pan Wan Chai has waffles, blintzes, 16 different omelets, bagels, muffins, grilled sandwiches—the list goes on. Throw in squishy sofas and a jukebox, and it's perfect—be it 3 AM or 3 PM.
