Fodor's Review:

If you can find the semi-hidden door to this restaurant speakeasy, one of Hong Kong's famed private kitchens, the rewards will be great indeed. It will begin with a 14-course meal that will take you on a spicy tour of the Sichuan province, and end with live Chinese opera, courtesy of the chef. The menu varies day to day—it's whatever the chef feels like preparing—so leave your food phobias and quirks at the door, especially if those phobias include a burning mouth: this is some of the spiciest food in town.
