A lynchpin of the Causeway Bay shopping scene, Japanese brand Sogo's main branch has 10 floors of clothing, cosmetics, and housewares. The vast basement-level grocery store keeps the Japanese expat community happily fed. There's a dazzling variety of Chinese, Japanese, and international brands—the store is particularly strong on street wear, makeup, and accessories. The downside is that it's all squeezed into a tiny retail space, which can make shopping here cramped work. The considerably smaller Tsim Sha Tsui branch is in the basement shopping arcade under the Space Museum.
