Fodor's Review:

For lunch on Cheung Sha Beach—or on Lantau in general—everyone agrees: The Stoep is the place. Its name means "patio," appropriately: tables are outside, facing the beach. It's run by South Africans, and the food's a mix of Mediterranean standards and South African-style barbecued meat—try the mixed grill.

Great scenery and atmosphere on the beach in Cheung Sha. The appetizers to share are good. The meats - sirloin and lamb - were tough. It's good for drinks and sharing of starters. Don't expect great mains. All in all we had a great time and will be back, just not for the meats.
