Of the many typical roast meat (Chinese barbecue) shops that line the streets of Tsim Sha Tsui, this is one of the most consistently popular, and deservedly so. Between the two rooms, the clanking plates, and the shouting in Cantonese, it can be bewildering at first; don't be put off if you're pushed out of the way by a server before being seated. Once seated, you can order from an English menu (you have to ask for it). The roast goose is delicious, as is the crispy roasted pig, soy sauce chicken, and honeyed roast pork. All are served with rice and greens. You might want to just order by pointing to someone else's plate if it looks appealing; and don't forget to pile on the chili sauce and other condiments.
