The Four Seasons spared no expense in creating this stunning space, bringing in well-known designers and feng shui masters, which has resulted in a private dining room that is quite possibly one of the most spectacular in the world: you sit next to an indoor garden, looking through the entire open kitchen, floor-to-ceiling glass, and the great harbor beyond. Crystal chandeliers sparkle in the main dining hall. Chef Vincent Thierry sets himself apart with the details: the menu changes seasonally, but dishes such as steamed foie gras with saffron fennel, licorice, and orange-blossom foam, and hamachi tartare with caviar and watercress coulis are heavenly. The talented sommelier seems to be able to pick the best wine to go with any dish.
