It's hard to say what's more impressive at the Grand Hyatt's Cantonese showpiece—the interior design (two terraced indoor levels, the sound of rushing water, and an incredible sense of space and motion), or the view over the harbor from the restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows, which dominates the experience of every table on both levels of the restaurant. Unlike many harborside establishments, you don't need a window seat to catch the view. And the Cantonese cuisine is traditional but excellent—for best results, order from among the rotating seasonal dishes.
