Fodor's Review:

There are some Hong Kong moments when all you feel like is a simple bowl of spicy noodles, but you aren't in the mood for the sensory barrage and language-barrier antics associated with the neighborhood noodle shops. That's where Heaven on Earth, which used to be just a bar and still feels like a sleek cocktail lounge, comes in. It's a modern, dimly lighted, but relatively inexpensive place for Shanghainese noodle and dumpling dishes that nudge toward originality but don't cross familiar bounds. Lunch specials at HK$30—HK$35 are a particular bargain.
