Bishop Lei International House Review

Owned and operated by the Catholic diocese of Hong Kong, this deluxe guesthouse is off the Midlevels Escalator (exit left on Mosque Street). If you've ever dreamed of living a life of privilege in Midlevels, this is your chance to do it in style, complete with red-clad concierge standing in front of world city clocks. Many of the rooms were renovated in 2008 but remain small, so best book one of the 120-numbered rooms and suites with harbor views. Although the hotel is economically priced in a residential area, it has a fully equipped business center, workout room with view, pleasant outdoor pool, and restaurant serving Chinese and western meals, in addition to buffet breakfast.

    Hotel Amenities

  • 227 rooms.
  • Restaurant, pool, gym.
  • Rooms have: safe, Internet, Wi-Fi.
  • Credit cards accepted.

We had a suite on the 4th floor. Not huge, but plenty of room for 2 people. Had 2 bathrooms! Very clean and all the comforts of a good hotel room. Our floor was very quiet, and we always felt safe. Staff was very helpful with directions and advice.
