Dining on haute Cantonese cuisine at the highest Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong, with panoramic views over Victoria Harbor, is indeed a memorable experience. The chef, Tam Sek Lun, is famed for adapting family-style recipes into works of art. The menu changes with the seasons and leans heavily toward fresh seafood, plus luxurious temptations like bird's nest and shark's fin—although not everyone believes those items are necessarily worth the money, here or anywhere else. Lunchtime dim sum is recommended.
