Yan Yuen Shek

  • Address: south of Bowen Rd. between Wan Chai Gap Rd. and Stubbs Rd., Hong Kong, China

Fodor's Review:

High above Wan Chai halfway to Victoria Peak, is the suggestively shaped monolith known as Yan Yuen Shek, or Lovers' Rock. It's a favorite with local Bridget Joneses, who visit it to burn joss sticks and make offerings in hope of finding a husband. The easiest way up is on Minibus 24A from Admiralty.
